Up to 8 projectors per wall surface, blended in hardware without an external media server. Multi-wall installations beyond that use multiple APS-Edge arrays, each calibrated and grouped through our ArtLoop playback software.

How accurate is the factory color calibration, and what ships in the box as proof?

Every projector leaves the Rotterdam facility measured against a Rec.2020 reference at ΔE<1. A signed calibration certificate with the measured values is included in every shipment, along with the test report and the operator's setup sheet.

What does the 5-year color-consistency guarantee actually cover?

If a panel's measured ΔE drifts above 2 at any point in the first five years, we ship a replacement panel within 72 hours of the verification measurement. The labor and recalibration on site are also covered.

Can institutions request a multi-room museum fit-out quote?

Yes. Our in-house installation engineers (not subcontractors) scope full fit-outs across multiple rooms, including edge blending, media pipelines, and on-site calibration. Use the 'Request a Fit-Out Quote' path on any page or email studio@art-projectors.com.

How loud are the silent-housing models in a gallery setting?

Black-anodized silent-housing units are engineered to keep the acoustic footprint below 22 dB at 1 meter, which is below most gallery HVAC systems and quiet enough for video and audio-art installations.

Is ArtLoop playback software included, and is there a subscription?

Every system ships preconfigured with a media pipeline and a licensed copy of ArtLoop. The license is lifetime, per unit, with no subscription fee and free point releases.
